Contract conditions:

 

Cancellation charges:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date:
    No cancelation charges (except Christmas and New Year)
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival date:
    30% of the total agreed package minus meals
  • 14 to 7 days before arrival date:
    50% of the total agreed package minus meals
  • 6 days and less before arrival date:
    100% of the total agreed package minus meals

In case of early departure:

  • Low season:
    80% of the total agreed package minus meals
  • High season:
    100% of the total agreed package minus meals

On departure we ask you to vacate your room before 10.00 a.m. as otherwise we will have to charge for an extra day. On arrival, your room will be ready at 4.00 p.m. We are sure you will understand, that for organisational reasons, the reservation of a specific room number or floor is not possible.

Depots can be made by:

  • Valid credit card (American Express, Master/Eurocard, VISA and Diners Club) - 16digit number, name of cardholder, expiry date
  • Payment to our account at the Tiroler Sparksse Bank AG - Kto. Nr. 0000-021543
  • Cash deposit

Upon receipt of a deposit, reservations are binding

We accept payments by following methods:

  • Cash payment
  • Any major credit card such as American Express, Master/Eurocard, VISA and Diners Club with the name of the cardholder, credit card number and expiry date

Surcharge

  • Dogs: EUR 10,-- per day without food
    As a dog lover, you will agree, that for hygienic reasons your four-legged friend is not allowed into the dining room and the recreation area!

For travel agents the regulation of the International Hotel Association and the Universal Federation of travel Agents. Association concerning the contracts between hotels and travel agents, are valid.
