Wellness Area
After a busy day in Innsbruck or an action-packed day of sport, unwind and recover in our small, soothing wellness area.

Wellness is indeed a broad subject, but it covers everything that has a positive impact on your general well-being. The term “wellness” was first used around the mid 1950s. Today, more and more people are aware of the enormous benefits that wellness has to offer in terms of health and improved body image. The underlying principle of wellness is taking responsibility for yourself and consequently making a concerted effort to stay fit and well. Nevertheless, wellness allows you the indulgence of surrendering to the capable hands of other people - a masseur, for instance.
You can generally split the concept of wellness up into four points. The first important principle is healthy eating. Equally important is adequate and regular exercise designed to give the whole body a workout. Wellness of the mind is trained through autogenic training, meditation and relaxation techniques or a visit to a sauna, soothing massage or other relaxation practices. The last area of wellness concerns the conscious and non-wasteful interaction with everything that nature offers you.
